Do you feel stuck in life or like you can't silence that inner critic? Are you struggling with the day to day demands of life? Maybe you feel exhausted and like your mind just never stops racing. If any of these experiences resonate with you, therapy is a space where I can help you build from your strengths and lead the life you want to live.
I have a particular interest in working with women. Clients who come to me often are struggling to juggle multiple roles, adjust to the demands of motherhood or heal from a loss or past trauma. Women face unique stressors in their relationships and experience anxiety, depression, and traumatic stress at twice the rate of men. I strive to create a safe space and meet all of my clients with respect and compassion for their identity and experience.
My style as a therapist is collaborative, interactive and empathic. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of each person and have experience & training in CBT, IFS, Mindfulness and Brainspotting.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am licensed in KS, MO & NY. I am able to provide Telehealth sessions for all clients who reside in any of these states.

Parenting is tough. That voice inside your head can pull you in many directions and you are not sure how to help your child. Therapy can be a space to discuss the challenges of parenting and also develop new strategies to help you and your child communicate better and feel better.
