I primarily work with women's issues and young adults. I recognize the unique needs of each client during the different phases of their life and strive to create a safe space and meet all of my clients with respect and compassion for their identity and experience.
Often, clients who seek therapy with me are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and life transitions. Regardless of your particular experience, you may feel at a loss to manage your emotions, change your patterns, or make sense of what is happening and that is where therapy can help.
My style as a therapist is collaborative and interactive. I am certified in Brainspotting and have experience & specialized training in Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness.

Women experience and view the world differently than men, in general, and we tend to feel emotions more deeply. You may be experiencing emotions that you didn't know you had, or are sad when you "should" be happy. Your depression, or grief, or anxiety, may be out of control and affecting not only you, but others around you. Your symptoms, while unique to you and your own experience, are treatable. Services for Young Adults

Young adults today face many challenges that are unique to their generation. Some of the issues we can address are: adjusting to life transitions, self-esteem, relationship changes, career choices and goal setting. I work with clients 17 and older.
Individual Counseling

Individual counseling can help confront obstacles that have begun to interfere with our overall well-being. I provide in mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and strengths based approaches to persons of any age. Areas of focus include: supporting individuals with life transitions, anxiety, stress, anger and sadness.
