Are you feeling constantly exhausted, stressed and like your mind just doesn't stop? Is your tween/teenager struggling with anxiety and the many obstacles of being a teen?
Often, the clients I work with feel stressed, alone, or stuck in their lives. They may feel exhausted, overwhelmed and like they just can't manage everything on their own. That is where therapy can help. I offer a place to be yourself and to be able to share your story and your desires without judgment.
I provide individual therapy sessions and specialize in working with women and tweens/teens.
Women have unique mental health needs and I can help you address those needs in areas such as empowerment, assertiveness, growth and change, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, stress, conflict, relationship issues, motherhood stress, infertility, miscarriage and overcoming trauma.
Teens today face many challenges that are unique to their generation. With my experience in community mental health and as a school social worker I have developed a deep understanding of all the difficulties teens face on a day to day basis and can help them build on their strengths and overcome their problems.
