I am passionate about and specialize in working with women's issues and work with clients ages 18 and older. Often, clients who work with me have struggled with Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, Self-Esteem, Stress and Life Transitions.
I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework with clients, though my style as a therapist is collaborative and interactive. I have completed Level 1 & 2 IFS training and have completed Levels 1, 2 & 3 in Brainspotting.

Young adults today face many challenges that are unique to their generation. Some of the issues we can address are: adjusting to life transitions, self-esteem, relationship changes, career choices and goal setting. I work with clients 18 and older.
Individual counseling can help confront obstacles that have begun to interfere with our overall well-being. I provide in mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and strengths based approaches to persons of any age. Areas of focus include: supporting individuals with life transitions, anxiety, stress, anger and sadness.
