Are you struggling with feeling overwhelmed by the demands in your life? Is the burden of keeping it together taking its toll and you feel like you just can't keep up? You might feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders and then at the end of the day it feels like there's nothing left for you. You know something needs to change because you're physically and emotionally drained.
You are capable of finding a healthy balance in life that works for you. Imagine being able to honor your needs, feel better mentally and physically, building & strengthening relationships, while clarifying & making moves towards your goals. Together, we can develop the insights, supports, and tools needed to transition from surviving to thriving. I strive to create a safe space and meet all of my clients with respect and compassion for their identity and experience.
I am passionate about and specialize in working with Women's issues. Women often face challenges that are unique to their gender, such as hormone changes, sexism, stereotyping, motherhood, childbirth issues, and infertility struggles. Often, clients who work with me have struggled with Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, Self-Esteem, Stress and Life Transitions. I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework with clients, though my style as a therapist is collaborative and interactive. I have completed Level 1 & 2 IFS training and have completed Levels 1, 2 & 3 in Brainspotting.

Women may feel uniquely affected by certain biological, psychosocial, or environmental issues or hardships that may impact their well-being, happiness and mental health. For example, a woman facing pressure to succeed both at home and in her professional career, as well as caring for children, can create a negative impact on her mental health.
We all go through challenges at different points in life that can feel very overwhelming. At times even in your best strength, you may feel unable to manage challenges in your day to day life. We all need support and you may have friends and family that can provide this support in many ways, though, you may not feel comfortable to talk to them about things you privately struggle with. This is where therapy can help.
