Are you feeling constantly exhausted, stressed and like your mind just doesn't stop? Is your tween/teenager struggling with anxiety and the many obstacles of being a teen?
Often, the clients I work with feel stressed, alone, or stuck in their lives. It’s common to feel unsure about what will happen when you talk to a therapist and I understand this and welcome any sense of hesitancy right into the room.
My specialty areas are working with women and tweens/teens.
Women have unique mental health needs and I can provide support and address those needs in areas such as empowerment, assertiveness, growth and change, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, stress, conflict, relationship issues, motherhood stress, infertility, miscarriage and overcoming trauma.
Teens today face many challenges that are unique to their generation. With my experience in community mental health and as a school social worker I have developed a deep understanding of all the difficulties teens face on a day to day basis and can help them build on their strengths and overcome their problems.
I work from a strengths-based perspective and provide a mindful, person-centered approach tailored to your needs to help you achieve your goals.

Families are forever changing and are complex. There are many different family dynamics, each of which has its unique challenges. A family therapy session should be a place of safety and growth. Each member will be offered a place to speak openly without biased and judgement.
