I am passionate about and specialize in working with women's issues, ages 18 and older. Women often feel the weight of the world on their shoulders and receive messages from society and their inner circles that dictate how to feel and act. It can be difficult to navigate the ongoing transitions that occur at different ages/phases of life and often feel like you are in a constant search for personal identity.
Often, clients who seek therapy with me are struggling with anxiety, depression, shame, guilt, grief, and life transitions. Regardless of your particular experience, you may feel at a loss to manage your emotions, change your patterns, or make sense of what is happening and that is where therapy can help. I strive to create a safe space and meet all of my clients with respect and compassion for their identity and experience.
I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework with clients, though my style as a therapist is collaborative and interactive. I have completed Level 1 & 2 IFS training and have completed Levels 1, 2 & 3 in Brainspotting.

Your anxiety, shame, depression, or grief, may feel out of control and affecting not only you, but others around you. Your symptoms, while unique to you and your own experience, can be addressed. Services for Young Adults
Young adults today face many challenges that are unique to their generation. Some of the issues we can address are: adjusting to life transitions, self-esteem, relationship changes, career choices and goal setting. I work with clients 17 and older.
Individual counseling can help confront obstacles that have begun to interfere with our overall well-being. I provide in mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and strengths based approaches to persons of any age. Areas of focus include: supporting individuals with life transitions, anxiety, stress, anger and sadness.
