I am passionate about and specialize in working with women's issues with a speciality in working with ADHD/neurodivergent women. Women often face unique challenges such as gender roles and expectations, hormonal changes, self-esteem, work-life balance, motherhood and parenting, relationship dynamics, and intersectionality. I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework with clients, though my style as a therapist is collaborative and interactive. I have completed Level 1 & 2 IFS training and have completed Levels 1, 2 & 3 in Brainspotting.
